Intelligent campaigns tailored for your audience.

We don’t have a choice on whether we do social media. The question is, how well we do it.

Erik Qualman

Social media allows you to show your customers that you're a thought leader in your industry. Post relevant content that will show them you know what you're talking about. No generic 'happy Friday' statuses or cat pictures here.

Posting a status with a picture substantially raises customer engagement. I can provide photographs, GIFS (moving pictures) and graphics as part of your campaign, if that's what you'd like.

There is no point posting statuses into the ether and getting no return. I target your specific customer to ensure that each post is reaching the right kind of person.

I believe that social media should have a purpose. I work on crafting targeted campaigns that reach your ideal audience. All my work is monitored and measured so that you can understand how your social media campaign is performing. I don’t work with vanity metrics, every month I assess whether I am meeting my client’s aims and what needs to be changed to better my work.

  • • You need to improve brand awareness.
  • • You want to appeal to a new market and reach new customers.
  • • You want to improve brand reputation.
  • • You need new recruits and want to try a different avenue to recruitment agencies.
  • • You’d like to give a strong launch to a new product or service.
  • • You’d like to connect with your customers to encourage returning business and referrals.
  • • You want to keep up with your competition or be ahead of the game.
  • • You need marketing which is cheaper and more measurable than print advertising.

Social Media is something that you may have already investigated and had a go at doing yourself. It’s a time-consuming activity and many businesses feel like they just don’t have the capacity to do it in-house. For a campaign to be successful, it really needs to be part of a wider strategy. Posting whatever comes to mind doesn’t often work and you may have found that activity you’ve invested in has lacked in results.

My social media work involves careful campaign planning, content calendars and is driven by looking at your current customers and web data. This is why my clients see a real return on investment from my work.

  • • If you don’t have time to do social media in-house.
  • • If you’d like to benefit off my experience and knowledge.
  • • Hiring a freelancer is less risky and expensive than hiring someone in-house.
  • • No need to worry about training.
  • • I use software and tools that are expensive for individual customers to buy.
  • • Peace of mind that the work is being taken care of without you having to lift a finger.
